Fit Visalia LLC

Fit Visalia – Outdoor Fitness & Health Education for Kids (Ages 6–13) Fit Visalia provides a fun, supportive outdoor fitness experience for children ages 6–13 in Visalia’s local parks. Our mission is to help kids build lifelong healthy habits through movement, education, and positive social connection. Each session runs 3 hours and includes: • Guided Health Walk (30 minutes): We begin with a kid-friendly discussion on nutrition (carbohydrates, fats, proteins), hydration, anatomy, and how our bodies use energy — all while getting the heart pumping on a light walk. 3• Warm-Up & Stretching (45 minutes): We teach proper stretching and mobility techniques to increase flexibility, support growing bodies, and prevent injury. • Fitness Games & Skill Activities: Children stay active through exciting group challenges such as: • Relay races with sandbags • Balance and coordination stations • Tug of war • Pull-up bar hangs and light strength activities (All designed for a wide range of abilities and beginner-friendly.) Our program emphasizes strength, confidence, teamwork, and social belonging — kids work together, encourage each other, and discover that fitness can be fun. Every child participates at their own pace, and we create an encouraging environment where progress is celebrated. Parents are welcome to stay and watch or drop off and return at the end of the session. Fit Visalia helps kids move more, learn more, and feel great — setting a foundation for a healthy, active life.
