Cano Bros Boxing

These lessons such as self-discipline, self-confidence and structure have been packaged up in the Cano Bros Boxing School program. We teach the art of boxing to the students by demonstrating proper technique, stance, boxing vocabulary and how to conduct themselves as student athletes. Teaching the fundamentals of boxing in a fun engaging fitness boxing class structured in two different programs. They will also learn proper boxing techniques all while being challenged physically and mentally to memorize and perform boxing combinations in the two programs we offer. Intro to boxing and a Master class developing foundation, boxing stance, combinations and life scenarios. We currently are partnered throughout different counties and servicing students grade level from Kindergarten to High school students.
