Claire Cetti (Claire Cetti ASL Tutoring)

This small-group or one-on-one tutoring experience offers homeschooling students a fun and interactive Introduction to American Sign Language. Over a series of 4 weeks, students will learn the ASL alphabet, numbers 0-100, basic conversational dialogue — including how to introduce themselves and share simple personal narratives. We’ll also explore some elements of Deaf culture to help students understand the community behind the language. While this course is not a comprehensive ASL language class, it provides a dynamic foundation for anyone interested in conversational signing and is an ideal way of preparing for ASL 101.
