Climbing Programs These programs provides structured & unstructured physical education through indoor rock climbing. Students develop strength, coordination, balance, and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment. Each session includes: Guided climbing instruction Movement and coordination drills Goal-setting and skill progression Safety education and equipment use Social-emotional learning through challenge and persistence This program supports physical fitness, confidence building, and resilience.
