Emily Jensen (Mrs Emily Teaches)

I am an experienced virtual teacher offering English and Math tutoring services! I offer individual or group sessions. I offer different types of sessions including Homework Help, Standards Review, and Fill in the Gap lessons. The details of each session is listed below. 1. Homework Help. This session can help with any homework trouble your student is having. We’ll review concepts covered in assignments, possible concepts your student may have not mastered before, and work on vocabulary terms. 2. Standards a review. I also offer individualized lessons tailored to the standards that your student is struggling with in any current course. I will teach a 10-15 minute lesson, we will work through problems together, and then I will observe your student working through problems to spot any steps they may be skipping or unclear of, and will reteach as needed. 3. Fill in the Gap. I will review what standards they have not mastered from previous grades. Sessions will be tailored to fill in all of those gaps, and will be structured similar to option number 2. All options will cover vocabulary terms.
