Intro to BJJ (Ages 4-8): Our Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches the basic fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a fun, safe, and friendly environment. Our experienced instructors will guide your child through the basics of Jiu Jitsu, helping them to develop strength, coordination, balance, self-discipline, and respect. We keep the class both fun and educational. Our instructors are passionate about teaching the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and will help your child become confident and well-rounded. Kids/Teens (Ages 8-13): Our Kids/Teens program is designed to introduce and teach kids and teens of all levels the core fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class will build a strong foundation in your child’s life, and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental curriculum, as well as an introduction to the more advanced Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Students will also be given more detailed explanations of core Jiu-Jitsu concepts and ideas.
