Westmore Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction for youth through instructor-led classes in a supervised training environment. Services focus on physical development, coordination, discipline, and personal safety through controlled, rule-based grappling instruction. Youth programs serve children ages 5–15 and emphasize body awareness, balance, and age-appropriate self-defense concepts. Instruction is delivered through structured activities and constraint-based learning designed to promote safety, focus, and responsible physical interaction. All classes are instructor led and supervised. Instructors participating in youth programs complete DOJ background checks.
