Before you book

Contact the provider to check ages, schedule, location, cost and availability. Follow your charter school’s current ordering process and obtain any required authorization before services begin.

Request services through Heartland

1. Contact the provider first to confirm space, dates, prices and enrollment requirements.
2. Use Heartland’s current instructions to request the service in your family’s Procurify account. Monthly services must be selected from the catalog, with the correct service month or dates.
3. Check the current service-request calendar and required waivers. Confirm approval in Procurify before attending.
